In September of 2005, Mr. Aguilera was elected by SuperLawyer Magazine as a "Rising Star" in the Southern California legal community for his numerous accomplishments.

Prior to joining The Aguilera Law Group as a Partner in 2008, Ms. Myron enjoyed 5 years in private practice after successful affiliations with the prominent Orange County defense firms of Madory, Zell & Pleiss, and Tuverson & Hillyard. Additionally, she was the Southern California in-house counsel for John Glenn Adjusters & Administrators - third party administrators for self-insured municipalities, paratransit (private/non-profit) and public entity transportation coverage pools, where she supervised the litigation unit.

Raymond E. Brown Partner

Mr. Brown has an exceptional trial record in both State and Federal courts. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brown has represented plaintiffs and defendants, and as lead attorney he has never lost a jury trial. Among his more noteworthy accomplishments, he obtained a $2.1 Million verdict against the City of Huntington Beach for the shooting death of an 18-year-old man, a $4.25 Million verdict against the County of Orange regarding the murder of a 5-year-old girl, a judgment for $4.3 Million regarding a dispute over the ownership of an Orange County business, and a unanimous verdict on all causes of action in a highly publicized business dispute in Texas, Options National Fertility Registry v. Michael Allon, M.D. In the last few years, Mr. Brown obtained three trial decisions against Centex Homes and KB Home in complex insurance coverage matters, including a judgment against Centex Homes for $250,000 for breach of contract and equitable reimbursement.
 
EDUCATION
Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution in 1990. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December 1992.
 
WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Brown is an AV-rated attorney and has been practicing law for 25 years. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Brown has an extensive background in appellate matters. He has successfully handled dozens of State and Federal appeals, including a number resulting in published opinions, including Soldano v. United States, 453 F.3d 1140 (9th Cir. 2006); Dial Corp. v. Kimberly Arnal Partner

Ms. Arnal's practice focuses exclusively on insurance coverage, with an emphasis on third-party construction defect, pollution liability, products liability, general liability, errors & omissions, and insurance guaranty association law. Ms. Arnal represents insurance carriers in a wide range of litigation matters, including declaratory relief actions, equitable contribution matters, bad faith litigation, appeals and through intervention in the underlying action. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Arnal, provides coverage opinions to insurers and assists her clients in achieving favorable results through negotiation and mediation.

Richard A. Semon Associate Attorney

Aaron Daniels' practice focuses exclusively on insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Daniels has represented insurance companies in multi-million dollar cases involving disputes over the scope of insurance coverage, allegations of bad faith, the right to independent counsel, the right of an insurer to control the defense, the duty of an insured to cooperate with the insurer, the duty of the insured to comply with policy conditions such as notice, the right of an insurer to reimbursement from the insured for costs incurred in the defense of claims not covered under the terms of the policy, the right of an insurer to contribution from other insurers, and the right of an insurer to recover from other parties via subrogation.

As an attorney, Mr. Daniels defended businesses in civil litigation involving claims of products liability, construction defects, and personal injury prior to joining the Aguilera Law Group. Mr. Daniels attended the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Trial Skills Program in Los Angeles in January 2017. Mr. Daniels currently handles all aspects of civil litigation for cases involving insurance coverage.
