Biography

Aaron Michael Daniels is an associate with over a decade of experience litigating cases involving construction defects, personal injury, breach of contract, and insurance coverage. He has been with the firm since 2014. He has extensive experience taking and defending depositions, preparing motions, and appearing before courts located throughout California. He has successfully resolved significant litigation through dispositive motions and secured favorable settlements.

 

Aaron graduated in the top 10% of his class at American University Washington College of Law in 2011. During law school, he was a Note and Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review. Prior to law school, he obtained a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2008 and served as a writing tutor at the university’s writing center.
